Imagine Cotton Balls married Cotton Candy and hugged you any time you wanted. This plush robe is the best made on earth! I like it cool in my house all year so this robe is ideal. I also like roomy lounge clothes so chose the large size.
10 months ago I purchased matching robes for my husband and I. I got the light blue he got the grey. He instantly fell in love with his, but mine just didn't feel quite right. His was stretchier and lighter while still being fluffy and warm, and mine was stiff and a little scratchier and felt suffocating. I figured it was a difference in the material between the two colors. As the months went by and he snuggled in his robe and I let mine collect dust on the hook I got more and more jealous. I wanted his robe! So I reached out to customer service because I felt like they just needed to be aware of the difference in the material for quality control, and to my utter disbelief, they immediately responded that they would be sending me a new robe for FREE and expressed their apologies! Wow! That knocked me off my feet. That's outstanding customer service, and really standing behind their product! She asked me to send some pictures of the care label so she could track down any other issues with the specific dye lot, and that meant the world to me too! Not only is she making it right nearly a year after I bought my robe, but she's going to find and correct the issue to ensure their products are up to standards! Wow wow wow wow wow! A few short days later my brand new robe was at my doorstep and I immediately ripped the package open and wrapped myself in the robe of my dreams that I've been coveting for 10 long months. It was absolutely everything I hoped for, knew was possible from my husband's robe, and had been so jealous of! These are the coziest robes, hands down. They breathe but are still thick and cushiony, they're so so plush and move with you, they're softer than a baby's bottom, and they truly are a necessity! Thank you to the plush necessities team for your fabulous product, but an even bigger thank you for the best customer service I've ever received. Everyone's getting robes for Christmas now lol!

My wife loves her Plush Signature robe. It is very light weight and soooo warm! Quality construction with inside ties and nice outside pockets and a heavy duty outside tie also. My wife likes loose fitting clothes. I ordered a large and it is perfect for her. Probably could have ordered a medium, but she is very pleased with how she can wrap herself up in the large size
I purchased this robe as a gift. My sister loves it. It is truly cozy and the size recommendation from the chart is right-on.
I placed an order 9-23-24. My package was marked delivered but I never received the robe at my home. I called Customer Service October 1st and Heather was so very helpful. The robe was a gift for my sister-in-law. She had a replacement sent that day. This time the package arrived and the robe is lovely; a happy gift.
