Return/Exchange Policy

We will gladly make an exchange, credit or refund on any item purchased within 30 days.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund the full amount of the item minus shipping costs (If order received Free Shipping, refund will be less $9.99 for shipping charge). If you would like to exchange an item because it is damaged, defective, or the wrong product, we will ship you the new item at no charge to you.

All exchanges and returns will require authorized RMA numbers from Plush Necessities. To obtain a RMA number for your order, please fill out the RMA number request form. Approved RMA number requests will be provided with detailed return instructions.

- Exchanges and returns without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

- Items returned must be received within 30 days of the purchase date or the item will be refused and returned to sender.

- Items purchased at locations other than PlushNecessities.com must be returned or exchanged at the original point of sale.

- Items must be returned in new unused condition and be in original packaging or a 15% restocking fee may apply.
