Shipping Methods and Charges
Get Free Ground Shipping to anywhere in the continental US on all orders $100 and up. All orders are shipped out of our California facility typically within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes without a street address, and UPS Saturday delivery option is not available. See details on Shipping time & cost options. Return to Top
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order. We do not accept cash, checks, or CODs. Monogramming and Embroidery
Sorry but we currently do not offer monogramming and embroidery services directly to our customers. However, our robes are easy to monogram or embroider. Your local embroidery shops will find it easy to work with our robes. Return to Top
Sales Tax (California only)
We are required to charge sales tax to all orders shipped to California. Sales tax to California is estimated based on local tax rates. Return to Top
Order Confirmation and Shipment Tracking
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Plush Necessities. First, you will receive an email containing your order number and order status link. You will be able to use the order status link to keep track of your order. Second, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Return to Top
Invoices and Pack Slips
Please print the order confirmation as your invoice. This will be the only invoice you will receive. Recipients will only receive packing slips in their shipments. Prices and order amounts are not included in the packing slips. Return to Top
International Shipping
Beginning in Spring of 2008, we will offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, and the U.K.. You must select “International Express (3-5 days)” during checkout. Please allow us one additional day to prepare the necessary customs paperwork. We use the fast USPS Express Mail International with Delivery Confirmation. Transit time is 3-5 days and rates starts at $26.00.
PLEASE NOTE: Recipients are responsible for all import duties, fees, and applicable VAS taxes. For duties, our products are subjected up to 16% of the retail price of the goods. Actual percentage varies depending on the item and the country destination. Typically, your local post office will contact you when the shipment arrives. Therefore, it is important you provide us with the recipient’s daytime contact information when you submit the order. The post office will collect duty and other related taxes at the time of pickup. Typically, USPS and the destined post office will NOT charge customs broker fee.
Due to the higher cost of international shipping, we encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting to ensure accuracy. For returns and exchanges, international customers are responsible for both ways of shipping costs. Return to Top
APO/FPO Shipping
Beginning in Spring of 2008, we will offer USPS Priority Mail shipping to our servicemembers with APO/FPO addresses. “APO/FPO Priority Mail” must be selected during checkout. Free Shipping on all orders $100 and up. Standard flat rate fee for all orders less than $100.
Please allow us one additional day to prepare the necessary customs paperwork. Once the order is shipped, Delivery Confirmation number will be emailed. Please note that the APO/FPO "states" of "AE", "AA", and "AP" are the only legitimate states to use for an APO/FPO addresses. An example of a correct APO/FPO address is:
